1. Delivery Timelines
- Shipping Duration: Regardless of your U.S. location, please allow 1–2 weeks for shipping.
- Total Process: From the initial consultation to final delivery, the full process typically takes 3–4 weeks.
- Wedding Orders: It is recommended to place orders at least 4 weeks in advance to account for design, production, and delivery.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for every order once the package has been dispatched.
- Processing: All orders are processed as quickly as possible through domestic or international warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery method.
3. Important Shipping Details
- Insured Shipping: Every order is sent with insured shipping. If your package does not arrive, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Physical Address Required: Delivery is not available for PO Box addresses; a valid physical address must be provided.
- Customs & Duties: While prices are in USD, customers outside the U.S. may be responsible for local import taxes and duties as determined by their local customs office.
