What if my outfit doesn’t fit perfectly after delivery?
While we strive for a flawless fit, minor alterations may sometimes be needed. We’re working on building a network of trusted alteration partners in various cities. In the meantime, we’ll help guide your local tailor with detailed instructions if any adjustments are required.
How do you ensure my outfit fits well?
We have a detailed measurement process. You’ll receive a tutorial on how to take your measurements, which can be submitted directly via your client portal. We also ask for your age, height, weight, posture, and reference photos. Our experts review everything carefully to ensure accuracy before crafting your outfit. We also save your measurements for easy reordering in the future.
Do you offer styling suggestions along with the outfit?
Yes, styling is a key part of what we do. We take the time to understand your personality, style preferences, and overall vibe before suggesting accessories or final touches to elevate your look.
